TSHB-001 Battery cell tester for hybrid vehicles

Tester TSHB-001 is 36 Channel tester intended for the diagnosis of high-voltage nickel-metal hydride (Ni-Mh) and lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries in hybrid vehicles and electric vehicles.

As for the function to test lithium ion cells, it will be implemented in the tester soon, our developers are currently working on such functions.

Since the tester can be updated, we will update the test bench for you when such a feature is released. Updates are optional!

The tester identifies dead cells and can charge cells to the required level, if the cell is still working.

In addition, it will balance all cells at the required level.

Same as the car that also balances without taking the battery out

The car does this while the battery is in good working condition. However, if it needs to be repaired and all cells in it replaced with completely new ones, then no tester or equipment is needed to test the battery. But it is expensive to replace everything at once. We only replace defective items and this requires special equipment.
