TSH-500 Professional Alternator and Starter Tester 12/24 & 48V

The TSH-500 bench is designed for assessing the technical condition of:
1. Automotive alternators with a nominal voltage of 12 and 24 V of all types and with any connection terminals.
2. Automotive alternators of the "Stop-Start" system with 12 and "I-ELOOP" (Mazda).
3. Automotive starters with a power of up to 11 kW and a nominal voltage of 12 and 24 V without load in idle mode.

List of diagnosable 48V belt starter generators:
• AUDI: A6/A7/A8/Q7/Q8 with MHEV 3.0TDI and 3.0TFSI engines
• BMW: 3 Series, 5 Series, X3 with B47 MHEV and B48 MHEV engines
• FORD: Focus IV/Fiesta VIII/Puma II
• FORD TRANSIT CUSTOM with 2.0 ECO HYBRID engine
• HYUNDAI: Tucson IV
• KIA: Sportage V

The bench displays measured parameters as oscillograms in real-time mode, allowing a complete view of the unit's operation and a more accurate determination of its condition.

Two diagnostic modes are available: manual and automatic. According to the results of the automatic test, a report is created, which can be printed out. The algorithm of the automatic test of alternator can be changed at your discretion.
